Our Smoked Salmon

We supply a wide range of smoked salmon products in a choice of sizes. Our Traditional Smoked Salmon which is produced in the time honoured way comes from the Northern Islands of Scotland and is Oak Smoked and is attractively packed. We also supply Wild Scottish Smoked Salmon from various Scottish Rivers. If you prefer Organic, we can offer certificated Organic Smoked Salmon sides or packs. Lastly, for something that is becoming increasingly popular, try some Hot Roasted Salmon. We can send our salmon either as a gift or for your own use

Kippers

Our kippers are one of our most popular products. The kippers are huge (400g -450g for a pair) and come from Achiltibuie , North West Scotland. Some of our customers now have repeat monthly orders as these kippers make a very special breakfast.

Hams, Bacon and Sausages

We offer a wide selection of meats, hams, bacon and sausages. The original farmhouse-style hams, which many years ago would have been found hanging from every country kitchen ceiling. Hams are cured for one month and then matured for two, the depth of flavour this methos creates puts floppy, wet 'ham imposters' of today firmly in the shade.
